USB Stick Duplication

Media Plant was recently approached by the design agency of a leading global computer manufacturer. The client needed a 1000 USB sticks sourced and duplicated with supplied content in just 4 days. Media plant fulfilled the project demands and delivered on time directly to a high profile media event.

DVD and CD Fulfilment

Media Plant holds multiple titles for and training and education client to enable order fulfilment on a daily basis. We dispatch all orders received before 3pm same day, or the following day after 3pm. MPL have one to one contact with the end user directly, taking the strain of deliveries enquiries away from our client. We also send out email notification to all customers on behalf of our clients to inform them when their product has been dispatched & when to expect delivery, as we fulfil orders worldwide.

We fully manage their CD and DVD fulfilment & log the orders in detail. A WIP (work in progress report) is available as often as desired to log everything that has been dispatched. A great amount of trust has been built between us & our client, even to the point of us contacting their clients verbally as a representative of the client. We also have an automatic re-stock level so as soon as a product hits a stock level of 25 units we re-stock straight away.

Pre-Loaded Promotional USB Sticks

Media Plant has recently delivered on a USB project for a luxury golf resort based in the south of England. These USB sticks are used for promotional purposes and handed out at open days, exhibitions and other events by the resort staff.

The USB drives are pre-loaded with images and literature relating to the resort showing existing and prospective clients the resort facilities including conference halls/rooms, restaurants, spas and hotel rooms.

Customers can also find full information and pricing relating to the three exceptional championship golf courses and world class golf academy recognised as one of Europe's leading centres of excellence.

With times changing and printed brochures being used less and less this is an alternative marketing tool that is proving to be very successful, offering the same information as before but in a different and more up to date way.

Promotional Items

Media Plant was recently appointed by the media agency of a leading financial institution to produce a range of promotional items for global distribution to multiple sites. The project included pens, posters, printed pads and ski pull lanyards, all branded to match and promote the clients message.

The project had to be produced in record time due to delays in the final designs being decided upon. Within 10 days all components were produced and delivered across the globe, hitting the deadlines required, leading to another happy customer!

Authoring, print and duplication services

A customer came to Media Plant with a project that needed careful handling. They were putting packs together which required a CD which was to be distributed throughout Europe. There were 4 projects with multi-languages throughout each project. The content of the CD was supplied and a main template created. Each template was then translated to different language and a CD master was then created. We then had to print and duplicate the CD's which ranged from 10 - 2000 units.

Sourcing and Printing Credit Card USB's

A client required 100 USB credit card style USB's. The original requirement was for 16GB Memory, but the customer soon realised the content which needed to be duplicated onto the USB's was more than originally thought and was increased to 32GB and then again to 64GB! We were then provided with an external hard drive and had to duplicate 62GB worth or data onto them.

CD Production and Printing

A client required 20,000 CDs within 3 days for windows 7 update for Broadband users. We received the artwork on Thursday master on the Friday and delivered on the Tuesday - we then had repeat orders throughout the next 2 weeks which we had to deliver in the same way, totalling 80,000 units.

Manufacture Boxes with DVD and Fulfilment

A leading multinational oil company came to Media Plant with the idea of a large box which needed to be 4 colour process + silver throughout with a magnetic lid. This had to hold 5 items which we had to have a foam insert specially cut to hold the contents in place with brochures and a DVD adhered to the internal top lid. The end customer was extremely happy with the finished result which was then distributed throughout Europe.
