Media Plant UK provides a range of CD & DVD Printing Services all producing the best quality available.

There are 3 main methods of printing your CD and DVD's; digital print, screen printing and litho print. All of these work well on CD and DVD but there are certain types of images that work better for each, but don't worry; we'll work with you to create the best looking product within your time frame and budgets.

Digital Print

This is best used for short run or quick turnaround requirements. The discs are printed using our one pass full colour printer which then seals your images with UV cured inks to provide the best possible print quality, preventing the possibility of smudging.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is the original method of printing discs and is best used for larger run bold and solid colour print images. The discs can be printed using CMYK or pantone coded colours, we can help you with setting up your artwork in Pantone specific colours. Discs can be colour matched to other products giving you one colour across your whole product range and brand. There are thousands of pantone colours available including metallics and fluorescent.

Litho Print

Litho print is the best method of reproducing photographic or artwork with gradients of colour. Litho printers print CMYK onto a white base with the added bonus of being able to print a 6th colour which can be a pantone.
