As per our phone conversation: I am very pleased with the excellent working relationship I have with the staff at Media Plant. In 7 years of working with disc manufacturers I have seldom worked with a team of people who are almost as efficient as I am!

Kate Perkins provides me with excellent service - I always get replies to my questions within 24 hours and she keeps me up-to-date with accurate delivery dates. I know that all the special instructions I put on my purchase orders are always followed and the finished product is always of a high standard.

I wanted to let you know that we were pleased with the quality of this product and the service provided. The printing was fine and in particular, the shrink wrap (which has been an issue on some of our previous jobs) was of a much higher standard. The wrap is tight and the seam on the wrap is neat and tidy. We were pleased with this and would like to ask if this could be followed as a benchmark for future work with us.
