In short, yes, whether it’s USB 2.0 or 3.0, we have you covered, simply request it on the quote form!

What are the standard turnaround times for Custom USBs?

This can depend on quantity requested, for large runs, typically 500+ units, we always allow for 10-12 days from receipt of your artwork and data (if data loading is needed).

How do I get my content to you?

We have a few different ways for you to get your content to us. We offer an FTP service so you can upload your content to us, we also have our WeTransfer links, if you can’t use FTP.

Do you offer data locking?

Yes, we have a couple of resident experts when it comes to USB locking here at Media Plant, they can advise you on the options available to you.

We start from 100 units, obviously the more you need, the lower the cost.

Do you offer USB packaging?

Yes, we have plenty of options available in terms of packaging, we’ve also created retail ready packaging for a number of clients to sell in stores.

What memory sizes do you offer?

Short answer? Whatever you need. We can help you choose the right memory size, and make sure you’re not paying over the odds, for memory that’s not needed.
