To celebrate 25 years of Goodgreef and its contribution to dance music, we produced a special-edition cassette-shaped USB loaded with an extensive collection of audio mixes.
The bright yellow cassette USB combines the nostalgic appearance of a classic audio cassette with the convenience and capacity of modern digital storage. Each unit contains 4GB of storage and uses a USB 3.0 connection, allowing the audio files to be accessed and transferred quickly on compatible devices.
Custom-printed labels were applied to the cassette, featuring Goodgreef’s anniversary artwork and branding. The design draws upon imagery from across its 25-year history, creating a fitting physical keepsake for such an important milestone.
Presentation was an equally important part of the project. Each cassette USB was housed inside a rigid, full-colour printed presentation box. A custom-cut foam fitment holds the cassette securely in place, while the inside lid provides space for the full mix tracklisting.
The finished package brings together the look and feel of physical music formats with the flexibility of digital audio. It is a distinctive way to present a large compilation while giving fans something collectable that they can display and keep.
