High quality Card wallet print, along with your DVD, either duplicated or replicated. Whether it’s for a promotional event, or retail. We have three different methods of product process on offer, all with discounts available.
Choose from, DVD Duplication Standard Print, DVD Duplication Thermal Print, or DVD Replication.

- DVD Duplication offers a super quick turnaround of 5-7 days.
- DVD Replication, lower in cost, downside is turnaround time is 10-12 days. So if you need your DVDs for a deadline, opt for DVD duplication!

DVD Duplication with Standard print
Your DVD duplicated on to grade ‘A’ DVDs, standard print is best for photographs, mixtures of colours text, logos etc.
Main benefits:
- Fast turnaround time, 5-7 days from receipt of artwork and content
- Perfect for those in a rush, or meeting a deadline.
- Lower minimum order quantity, starting from 50 units.
Drawback: Higher cost when compared to DVD Replication.
DVD Duplication with Thermal print
Your DVD duplicated on to grade ‘A’ DVDs, thermal print is best for solid block colours, such as red, black, etc.
Main benefits:
- Fast turnaround time, 5-7 days from receipt of artwork and content
- Perfect for those in a rush, or meeting a deadline.
- Lower minimum order quantity, starting from 50 units.
Drawbacks: Higher cost when compared to DVD Replication and Standard print method.
If you have solid block colours, and are prepared to wait, please consider DVD Replication.
DVD Replication
DVD created from a glass master, and replicated.
Main benefit:
- Lower cost per unit
Drawbacks: longer turnaround times, 10-12 days from receipt of artwork and content. Higher minimum order quantity.
If you need your DVDs faster, please choose from DVD Duplication, either Standard print or Thermal.
Artwork instructions
- All artwork needs to be supplied in a high resolution PDF.
- Artwork needs to be Vector Based
- In 300 DPI
- 3mm bleed around all edges
- Produced in full CMYK

Getting your content to us is simple; once your order is complete, you can either send us your content via a link for us to download.
Or, if you prefer, send us a master through the post.
DVD FAQ
DVD Duplication is perfect for low run quantities; for example, you only need 50DVDs made. If that’s the case, and you need a quick turnaround, this is your best option.
DVD Replication is ideal for higher runs, say 300 units upwards; it can be more cost effective, the process is longer, but it can save you money in the long run.
The main advantage is reduced cost, as with anything; the more you buy, the lower the price.
Excellent turnaround time, your DVD can be replicated whether it’s 300 or 1,000,000 within 10-12 days.

Our DVD replication service starts from 300 units. If you need less than this, then consider DVD duplication.
All DVD’s duplicated by Media Plant utilise high-end quality discs, we do not use cheap DVDs that will not play.
Be careful when choosing a DVD duplicator, remember a cheap DVD duplication quote is not always the best option for your needs.
Sub-par results and a DVD that looks like you may as well have done it yourself on a low-end DVD printer. You don’t want that, do you?
